Important Information - Please Read 
Before ordering, verify your mailing address to avoid missing orders due to incorrect addresses. If the purchase has been shipped to an old address, contact the local USPS branch for help. We are not responsible for missing orders due to incorrect mailing addresses.

If some orders have high shipping costs due to weight, don't worry as the seller will refund the overcharged amount if necessary. This is because Etsy calculates shipping based on the highest weight option available.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
The standard processing time for orders is 1-2 business days, excluding weekends. However, during busy periods, this time may be adjusted, which will be indicated on the website. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
If interested in priority shipping, contact for a shipping upgrade listing.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Packages returned to the sender will be refunded (minus shipping fee) after 14 days of contact. All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refund policy
The refund policy allows an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase for unused items in their original condition with unopened packaging. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of arrival with images if possible. The maximum time to report issues is 7 days since delivery, due to insurance processes with couriers. The buyer is responsible for any return costs associated, and the seller does not take responsibility for any loss or damage during return.
